I'm at it again!
For the second year, I'll be counting all my steps up through Giving Tuesday while raising funds to support Life Preservers Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that raises awareness around human trafficking. Last year I hit my goal of 5000 to 10000 steps a day and raised over $1500. My goal is to once again hit between 5,000 and 10,000 steps a day and this year raise $2000 during the challenge.

ABOUT STEP TO STOP TRAFFICKING CHALLENGE
Life Preservers Project is hosting its 2nd Annual Step to Stop Trafficking Challenge! Throughout the month of November supporters will be setting a goal of steps or miles to walk, run, or ride to achieve and tracking their steps as a commitment to raise awareness around trafficking. They'll be fundraising along the way and donations will be used to support survivors of trafficking and provide educational resources around trafficking to underserved communities by:
- Providing art programming to survivors of trafficking as well as homeless children and youths;
- Supplies for Go Bags that can be provided to survivors;
- Educational webinars and events around human trafficking issues;
- and more
